Waterford Classic homes was founded in 1983 by Will and Greg Reid.

Throughout the years, Waterford Classic Homes has constructed several hundred homes all across Dallas/Fort Worth.  In every home, Waterford has strived to provide the highest quality custom home at the best possible price while ensuring that the design and construction process is both enjoyable and rewarding.

We accomplish this through daily on-site supervision and oversight over every aspect of the building process.  Our goal is to ensure the home is not only completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications, but also meets the owners every expectation and approval.
